Lola is a Nigerian-Born Brit who enjoys the best of both cultures.
Lola is passionate about building communities around Football, empowering young women and girls through sport, and advancing youth participation in sport to teach essential life skills.

Lola is a UK qualified Lawyer, who transitioned into the Football world initially with Arsenal FC in 2016. Since then, she has led professional male/female teams across Asia, Africa, Australia, North America and Europe. Lola combines her passion for leadership development, gender empowerment & football through her role both as the Executive Director of Goals for Girls, (a US Non-Profit that unites girls through through football to inspires community change) and as the Head of Women’s Football at Burnley Football Club.
