Lebogang founded a company called Afro Visionary Legacy, a strategic advisory and public speaking firm. She has experience from top-tier consulting firms; Accenture, Deloitte and KPMG. Her career has seen her travel to 19 African countries, Australia, UK, Dubai and USA.

She has been appointed as the Africa Advisor Football for Peace. Football for Peace international supporters include HRH Prince of Albert the II of Monaco, Pele and Ronaldinho. She represented Africa in London when they hosted HRH Prince Ali Bin al Hussein of Jordan and HRH Prince William, Duke of Cambridge. She led a successful mission to President George Weah of Liberia, the “only footballer to become a president” where he endorsed Football for Peace.

Lebogang has shared stages with Former President Mbeki, Former President Mkapa, Former President Marzouki Former President Mohamud, Vice President, Jewel Taylor and Former Vice President Joice Mujuru. She holds a Master of International Business.
